At OPmobility, a multinational auto-parts company that manufactures plastic fuel tanks for the local and export automotive markets, we delivered a complete fire protection project in an industrial environment with the highest operational and quality demands.

ASBA was responsible for the full design and construction of the fire suppression system, to NFPA and IRAM standards, addressing the risks of a highly robotized plant with sophisticated plastic injection lines and a significant fire load.

The project included water storage and supply systems, fire mains and the various protection elements required for an industrial facility of this kind.

One of the greatest technical challenges was the installation of the water storage tanks, which required complex rigging engineering to lift, move and position heavy loads.

Added to this complexity was a decisive condition: the entire project had to be executed with the plant in full operation, without affecting its production processes.

This demanded rigorous engineering, safety and logistics planning, and permanent coordination with the company's different areas.

The result was a complete solution that meets the high standards of safety, reliability and operational continuity demanded by the international automotive industry.
